Lumina Spark provides an accurate, personalised reading of an individual’s strengths and developmental areas. Whether you’re the CEO or a new recruit, it provides rich personal insights and practical benefits for everyone. The Lumina Spark methodology avoids the bias inherent in many other popular psychometrics. This face-to-face session is in Dutch and run by Theo ten Hagen & Deborah van der Wel who bring a wealth of experience in designing and delivering selection and development solutions for organisations. They are passionate about being a catalyst for transformation at personal, team and organisational levels.
You will have the opportunity to practise with Lumina Spark to embed your learning, and receive facilitation to enable you, at the end of the qualification to deliver Lumina Spark to your clients confidently. As part of your qualification you will also receive the following:
· Your personalised Lumina Spark Portrait
· Practice Portraits
· Electronic copy of the user manual Qualification workbook to support your learning and record your self reflection
· A Lumina Spark mat (2m)
· A set of Lumina Spark Cards
